Role description:
. Co-ordinate with relevant stakeholders to understand business need and design solutions.
. Document the business requirements as per the input received from relevant stakeholders.
. Prepare project plan, monitor project progress and provide update to designated authority/team on periodic basis.
. Preparation of detailed test scenarios, devise road map for its execution and conduct verification.
. Reporting defects to designated team and tracking it until closure.
. Users query/concerns resolution and provide support for live systems.
. Liaise with multiple stakeholders as per the need viz. IT, Product, Digital, Policy, Analytics , Legal, Compliance
Role Requirements:
. Minimum 6+ years of experience in loyalty management as developer/tester/business analyst
. Technical skills will be an added advantage
. Good analytical skills
. Should be a fast learner and open for newer concepts/ideas/technologies
. Ability to multi-task & manage multiple projects simultaneously
. Drafting skills for documenting business need and solution
. Knowledge of MS Excel , Sql developer will be added advantage
