Requirement
Our client is a 2000 crore manufacturing org. Their factory is 2 hours from Chennai. This role is based out of their factory.
Looking for a CA with a minimum of 20+ years of experience in ANY manufacturing domain. Should have managed the entire plant finance and should have a demonstrated experience in optimising costs, with strong exposure to AS including Ind AS/IFRS & Internal Financial controls.
This role would control all accounting, controllership, MIS, & indirect tax for the company. While the overall treasury & fund sourcing would be anchored by the CFO org., the VP would be responsible for maintaining and monitoring financial relationships and working capital flow.
This role has a team of 30+ and would report into the CFO and would also regularly interact with the MD and other Board members.
Looking for a high-energy leader who can utilise fiscal prudence to enhance bottom line and who can bring in best practices and ideas that can transform.
