As a Business Analyst ,you will capture data to translate and transform it into a processing language and build industry specific solutions based on industry needs, manage and upgrade existing applications
Must-Have :

  • Minimum 2+ years experience
  • Proven business analysis skills applied in work environment.
  • Experience of working within a structured project environment.
  • Knowledge of business analysis lifecycles and methodologies.
  • Experience of working to time, cost, quality objectives.
  • Experience and confident in report writing techniques, facilitating workshops and delivering presentations to senior managers

Good To Have-

  • BCS International Diploma in Business Analysis (Formerly ISEB)
  • Agile Business Analysis Professional Level Certificate (BCS Advanced International Diploma in Business Analysis)
  • Experience of agile ways of working (Safe, SCRUM)
  • Experience of waterfall project delivery methodologies (PRINCE2 or equivalent)
  • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
  • Ability to use core analytical techniques including:
  • Wireframes
  • Business process modelling
  • Data flow modelling
  • GAP / SWOT analysis
  • Cost/benefit analysis
  • Traceability Matrix
  • Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills
  • Workshop & meeting facilitation skills
  • Organisational & planning skills
  • Experience in using Agile tools such as Jira / Confluence / Balsamiq
  • Knowledge of change management methodologies (e.g. Six Sigma)
  • Experience of airline industry

Responsibility :

  • Identify requirements for change
  • Document & analyse requirements
  • Manage & communicate requirements
  • Assess solutions and business impact
  • Analysis Strategy & Project Support
  • Support PM activities within your assigned epic(s), such as Project Reporting / Finance Trackers / Meetings (where required)
  • Support functional testing and UAT

Minimum Qualification:

  • 15 years of full-time education

  • Minimum percentile of 50% in 10th, 12th, UG & PG (if applicable)
