Job Description :
A. Supervisory Responsibility:1. Supervise & monitor Personal Banker desks and contract sales staff2. Branch administration3. Lobby Management4. Ensure quality customer service is delivered5. Resolution of customer queries/complaints6. Customer service to ensure walk in customers issues7. Monitor Staff productivity and give guidance on improving the same in conjunction with the Branch Manager8. Monitoring of dummy accounts, suspense accounts, deferred accounts, accounts payable/ receivable9. Branch Operations and Audit ComplianceB. Transactional Responsibility:1. Authorize Personal Banker transactions2. Corporate salaries processing3. Cost Management and staff productivity4. Responsible for Cash and Customer transactions at the Teller counters5. Supervising all Non-Cash transactions like DD/MC, fund transfer etc.6. Penetration of Saving Accounts on non-liability customers7. Reconciliation and maintenance of suspense accounts register as per the required formatC. Sales: 1. Branch Merchandising2. Generate business, cross sell and monitor cross sales of Personal Bankers3. Generate leads for Third Party Products to the customers4. Ensure that all tellers are adequately trained on the Products of the bank.
