Requirements
• Degree in Human Resources Management or related field (non-negotiable)
• Fluency in verbal and written English (non-negotiable)
• Candidate will be solely responsible for all HR functions
• Candidate will lead a team of 5-6 people for admin functions
• Proficiency with MS Office
• Preference shall be given to female candidates
HR Responsibilities
• Assign KRA’s at the beginning of the year and review the same twice a year (IMPORTANT)
• Develop, implement and monitor overall HR strategies and systems across the organisation (IMPORTANT)
• Manage recruitment, selection processes and onboarding newcomers to the company (IMPORTANT)
• Source the right candidates for job openings through different medium – LinkedIn, company website, online job portals, HR consultants, etc.
• Nurture a positive working environment
• Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs
• Conducting recruitment/exit interviews and recording them accordingly
• Handling monthly payroll and yearly forms for employees.
• Communicating and explaining the organization’s HR policies to the employees
• Preparing and submitting all relevant HR letters/documents/certificates/ attendance as per the requirement in consultation with the management
• Handling all employee enquiries & grievances
• Ability to abide by all statutory compliances and managing audits by government officials as and when required (PF, ESIC, Labour Law, etc.)

Admin Responsibilities
• Insurance management of properties, General Insurance, Personal Insurance of Employees, Workmen Compensation Policies renewal and follow-up.
• Oversee property and facility management of 10 sites across Gujarat. Location based out of Ahmedabad HO
• Organize and facilitate any special event for office staff
• Expense voucher authorization and verification
• HO/Corporate office facility management
• IT Assistance of (Hardware & Network) at all the offices
• Planning and executing preventive maintenance with concerned agencies across all sites
• Vendor Management
• Organizing office get togethers and similar events
