Summary : Overall responsibility to :
- Drive excellence across APAC Commercial Training organization and be a consultant/ change agent in delivering on objectives and key results (OKR) across APAC
- Build commercial training strategy and execution roadmap targeted to build future ready commercial organization. Lead key regional projects with country teams and deliver on planned objectives
- Partner with region Human Resources, Global Learning Solutions as part of ‘Future You’ workstream to shape and execute key digital/ future ready projects.
Responsibilities:
Develop commercial training infrastructure & roadmap
- Partner with APAC countries, regional business units and Global Learning Solutions to identify performance and capability gap and develop targeted intervention to address them.
- Partner with APAC Countries and design best in class commercial training interventions for clinical fitness, sales fitness (Consultative selling, Account Management, Negotiation skills, Leadership, Coaching etc.) customized to Baxter business environment
- Coach and facilitate Train The Trainer for all APAC commercial trainers in delivering new commercial training interventions
- Facilitate the process of Annual Knowledge & Skill recertification.
- Adopt new digital training technologies like Allego & Gamification to improve the learning experience for the participants.
- Bring in global and regional best practices to improve commercial org capabilities to deliver business outcomes
- Build a robust and future ready commercial training organization & Infrastructure with expandable capabilities
Facilitate Marketing Excellence
- Facilitate BaxPerform Training and ongoing marketing capability building interventions in line with business dynamics & create forums for marketers to share and learn from APAC best practices
- Participate in APAC BaxPerform review and facilitate the process of building marketer’s capability building /feedback
- Train all the marketers on Agile Methodology and integrate the Agile Practices in marketing planning process
Drive Business Process/Execution Excellence:
- Continue to evaluate the effectiveness of QSOR (Quarterly Sales Operating Review) & QMOR (Quarterly Marketing Operating) process and partner with ComEx/IT and business stakeholders to automate the process.
- Provide QSOR & QMOR tool kit for commercial teams on how to leverage the process to drive execution excellence and performance management
Drive Functional Excellence:
- Work with APAC Functional leaders & APAC President in developing/refining functional goals and lead measures
- Lead the process of continuous improvement in measuring and tracking the goals through automated dashboard.
- Facilitate quarterly APAC Functional Excellence reviews
Improve Incentive Analytics:
- Assess all country practices around automation of incentive design and analytics. Benchmark Vs best practices (Internal /External)
- Partner with countries and HR partners in adopting the latest technology to drive best in class incentive management and analytics process
Qualifications:
- Strong business acumen and insights in sales, marketing, training, team capability & skills enhancement,
- Result orientation with a keen eye on developing people & organization
- Strategic & critical thinking ability
- Capability to build and influence relationships in a matrix organization, cross culture/geography set up
- Strong communications, presentation, and project management ability
- Agile mindset & digital acumen
Education / Experience:
Education:
- Science /Pharmacy Graduate with Postgraduate in Management from an institute of repute.
- Professional Trainer certification in coaching, commercial training and process excellence would be an added advantage
Experience:
- Minimum 15 + years of overall industry experience of which significant years of experience in leadership role
- Should have the experience of working in commercial and training roles in a multi country set up
