Digital P&C Digital and Continuous Improvement is organized within Vestas HR organization. Our mission is to continuously improve HR operations through standardization, process simplification and best practices supported from user perspective simple and intuitive HR digital solutions within our decided platforms. Our two primary focus areas are clearly interlinked:
– Digital HR solutions owners: being the interface between Process Owners and IT and securing well-functioning HR IT systems supporting the HR processes.
– Guiding Continuous Improvement projects within HR
Vestas is on a Digital journey within the HR area. We have implemented SuccessFactors. And we will continue to build solid Digital solutions based upon the SuccessFactors solution. Even if organized in HR the team run the full operation and maintenance of SuccessFactors whilst our Global IT has the technical responsibility for all other solutions. To secure this Digital journey we are searching for a team member who is thriving supporting the Vestas organization with solving the daily issues in a large global system landscape.
Responsibilities
You are part of the Solution Owners team for HR Systems, which include SuccessFactors Employee Central module and Talent Modules, SAP HCM, HR Services solution, Time and Payroll systems, etc. The Solution Owners team is responsible for the expedition of changes by:
- Building mandate as the key HR systems specialists, by effectively understanding configuration, solution possibilities, known issues and gaps, and partnering with stakeholders
- Defining simple, cohesive, sustainable and compliant improvements, according to an end-state guiding star, and holistic, outside-in design approach
- Prioritizing and defining changes based on landscape, system and organizational readiness
- The establishment of pragmatic tools and processes which support good design, governance, compliance and transparency into changes, and decrease detrimental changes
- Participating in the IT&HR change approval board (CAB)
- Being ambassadors of change processes
- Assisting our organization to become tech expert
- Subjectively ensuring stakeholders understand the right course for desired solutions
- Having vast solution and configuration knowledge, within respective specializations, together with a solid understanding of the HR lifecycle, technologies, landscape and data model
- The quality of the final release of configuration final sign off of changes before handover to operations
- User role & experience design, focusing on ensuring HR systems operational relevant skills, and operational tasks not residing within the department
- Handling escalations and critical incidents according to the defined process
- Participate as a resource on relevant projects
In your role as a P&C Data Owner, you are the owner of the HR Data Model and User Roles, and are responsible for:
- Improving the HR data quality within Vestas system landscape, the usage of it, and compliance to global legislation and GDPR
- The description, approval, prioritization, handover, and testing of HR Master data and User Role changes
- The content of HR data within HCM/EC and downstream systems
- Maintaining an overview, and impact analysis, of HR data dependant systems
- Being a key stakeholder in the design and maintenance of the HR Landscape
Qualifications
You are curious, and find yourself researching and deploying tools and methods which will ensure high P&C data quality, and have:
- A minimum 10 years experience within the HR systems sphere, whereof both SuccessFactors Employee Central and SAP HCM is part of this experience
- Vast experience with SuccessFactors Employee Central post go-live configuration
- A minimum 8 years of experience working with HR data models in the systems
- Solid experience with the HR landscape and the inherent interfaces
- Extensive experience with stakeholder management, guiding implementations and change of HR Data and processing systems on a global scale
- An IT or HR background
- A proven history of building, improving and ensuring data integrity
