Provide partnership to ___ (org) to create increased visibility into operational strategy and performance with the goal of driving speed, quality and cost efficiency. You will play a part in supporting ___’s Strategic Plan, Annual Operating Plan and Estimate processes, as well as providing headcount reporting. You will also develop integrated revenue and expense analyses, projections, reports, and presentations. You will create and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual reports to ensure financial information has been recorded accurately. You will also identify trends and developments in competitive environments and present findings to senior management. Key Responsibilities
Responsibility on all aspects of business performance analysis including preparation of reporting books for Income statement, Cost center budgets (AOP), Financial forecasts develop meaningful and insight business metrics and work with business partners assist decision making process
Month end P&L Review process to ensure alignment with the last pulse & evaluating any risk, opportunity
Taking ownership of AOP activity during the AOP cycle, preparation of AOP templates, working with the sales leaders to gather inputs and finalize the AOP.
Expense Reporting – Selling, General Administrative expenses and variance analysis versus budgets and Prior year.
Perform the activity related P&L Review, MBR Pack finalization, review R&D & OEF allocation and SIP calculations
Assist the business partner during the month end for the activities and reporting such as preparation of quarterly outlook, Invoice & Credit Notes approval, MOS Sourcing review
Customer & Product line analysis as and when required for the business reviews.
YOU MUST HAVE
Finance/ Commerce / equivalent degree with min 7 yrs of relevant experience in FP&A.
CA, ICWAI, MBA, CPA or equivalent qualified is an added advantage
Excellent analytical, modeling, and technical skills with high attention to detail
Must be proficient with Advanced Excel and PowerPoint
Knowledge on STRAP/AOP/Estimate process
Hands on exp in MACROS
Knowledge on Tools like Alteryx and Tableau
Familiar with Python, R, SQL WE VALUE
