Job Description
The FP & A Manager will drive management reporting and analysis initiatives in the organization, he will work closely work with the CFO to lead and create a world class FP & A function for the fastest growing company in professional space in India. Some of the key activities for the role are
1. Regular presentation/analysis on company performance
2. Variance analysis and monthly MIS reporting
3. Setting up and reporting key business metrics on a weekly and monthly basis
4. Owning budgeting and forecasting process
5. Ad-hoc analysis to support cost initiatives
Desired candidate profile
CA/MBA (from Tier 1 institutes) with 5 years of post-qualification experience
Skilled in using Microsoft office tools especially excel, Knowledge of additional analytical tools will be a plus
Ability to work is a fast-paced high growth environment
