- Project Role Description :Analyze an organization and design its processes and systems, assessing the business model and its integration with technology. Assess current state, identify customer requirements, and define the future state and/or business solution. Research, gather and synthe information.

- Job Requirements :
- Key Responsibilities : – Assisting with the business case story writing – Planning and monitoring – Eliciting requirements – Requirements organization – Translating and simplifying requirements, working with product owner and drafting requirement for banking client – Requirements management and communication – Requirement analysis – Stakeholder Management
- Technical Experience : – At least 4 years experience in a Business Analyst role – 2 years experience working in Banking or finance domain project – Ability to understand and find appropriate implementation approach for dev team – Work with various business teams to enhance user stories and reporting – Preferably secondary banking domain experience – Working with Azure DevOps tool
- Professional Attributes : – Excellent written and verbal communication, – Understanding the client business and drafting requirement – Exposure to work in onshore -offshore model
