Assess current state, identify customer requirements, and define the future state and/or business solution. Research, gather and synthe information.

- Key Responsibilities : A:Work closely with the Product Owner/ functional SME to elicit, analysis and document requirements for data interfaces with IT systems B:Participate in requirement gathering workshops with product management and client business teams C:Develop interface mapping specifications to transform various HL7 formats into FHIR standards D:Create detailed requirements for system functionalities, data workflows and facility specific configurations
- Technical Experience : A:Good knowledge of business processes, data interoperability B:Extensive hands on experience working in integration projects C:Very conversant with HL7 V2, V3, CDA and FHIR standards D:Proven ability in gathering, analyzing and documenting
- Professional Attributes : A:Business Requirement Analysis B:Strong problem and conflict solving C:Presentation skills with ability to communicate at executive level D:Fluency in English
