Purchase to Pay Associate – Payment (EU7)
In this role, you have the opportunity to
live your passion for finance and accounting and develop your expertise in this area.
Your responsibilities:

  • Perform electronic and manual bank payments
  • Process payroll and tax payments,
  • Perform bank reconciliations,
  • Perform month-end close activities,
  • Monitor invoice payment deadlines, prepare remittances and control the execution of payments
  • Prepare and submit documentation for internal controls (maintaining deadlines and good quality),
  • Administer invoice approval workflow, including seeking direct approval from business operations
  • Be in contact with the local banks in case of any issues,
  • Handle internal customer inquiries and inquiries from outsourcing partners or authorities,
  • Deliver services timely and in line with agreed controls, policies and procedures,
  • Update work instructions,
  • Other ad-hoc AP duties as required Position Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

  • University graduate or the last year of studies (Finance / Accounting / Economics)
  • Previous experience in a similar Accounts Payable environment within an organization or SSC/BPO environment will be advantageous
  • Up to date standard knowledge of corporate and local accounting rules will be advantageous
  • Computer literacy – Excel, Word and other large enterprise systems advantageous (e.g. SAP, Oracle etc.)
  • Fluent English. Other European languages are welcome.
  • Well-developed communication skills and problem solving attitude
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Time management skills and discipline (accuracy and organizational skills are essential)
  • Ability to work in teams and deadlines
