Department Overview
The Legal Entity Relationship Control (LERC) team within the Enterprise Cost Allocation and Analytics COE. The department consists of the teams which support the legal entity support in all aspects relating to relevant transactions, quarterly transfer pricing certifications and ensuring proper closure of the INIE transactions from a legal entity standpoint. The department interacts with not only members in costing COE, but also across controllers, tax teams, regional controllers and service catalogue teams.
About the role
Internally this role is known as Financial Planning and controls Analyst 4.The Legal Entity Relationship Control (LERC) team within the Enterprise Cost Allocation and Analytics COE is looking for a highly motivated, results-oriented, finance professional to serve as a Transfer Pricing & Regional team members supporting the quarterly Transfer Pricing certification process for Wells Fargo Bank, NA in addition to other domestic legal entities identified
Responsibilities
7-8 years, MBA, MCOM or professional degree in accounting, finance or economics.
Understanding of Transfer Pricing and/or Resolution and Recovery Planning.
Knowledge and understanding of general ledger and accounting systems.
Knowledge and understanding of accounting principles: statutory and GAAP.
Intermediate Microsoft Office skills with advanced Excel skills
Knowledge and understanding of Essbase Finance tools for reporting and analysis
Hands one experience in handling end to end of Transfer Pricing and good understanding of accounting treatment
Proven self-directed learner with a capacity to learn & excel in new domains/functions.
Solid critical thinking with an ability to analyze complex problems, identify root causes, inter- relationships and dependencies in order to craft effective solutions.
Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong communication skills with a track record of influencing others at all levels of the organization.
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong working relationships with business partners.
Ability to work effectively in a virtual environment where key team members are in various time zones and locations.

Responsibilities
- Become a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on the costing requirements of the Wells Fargo Transfer Pricing Policy
- Comes with strong working knowledge of International Tax and International Regulatory requirements as they pertain to cost sharing/cost allocations.
- Comes with working knowledge of the Service Catalog so as to partner with International Tax in identifying services/service drivers that present potential regional jurisdictional issues (regulatory & tax)
- Serves as point of contact to Legal Entity Cost Consultant, Cost Consultant, Regional Finance and SLA teams regarding international requirements as they pertain to cost sharing/cost allocations.
- Understands and communicates issues and new developments and providing guidance on suitable corrective actions.
