What will your role be

  • The primary responsibilities will include estimating, designing, developing, planning and implementing software applications on Windows Technologies with ASP.NET, C# .NET, Microsoft SQL Server and Oracle.
  • Resolve technical issues through Debugging, Research and Investigation, Creating new & innovative ways to improve applications.
  • Work independently to solve technical problems.
  • Work closely with support and customer on real time production issues.
  • Work closely with a geographically distributed team.
  • Stay updated with emerging technologies/industry trends and apply them.
  • Perform thorough code reviews.

The Challenges ahead

  • Be self-motivated and eager to engage in high impact, challenging engineering problems while continuously raising the standard of quality in our products.
  • Able to work, troubleshoot and debug end to end application development in Agile environment
  • Capable of developing useful modules and shared libraries (modules, packages) to solve common problems across projects.
  • Leverage agile methodologies to anticipate and mitigate risks, ensure team health and manage complex tasks
  • Use test driven strategies to ensure code quality, and collaborate with the team to ensure feature quality

Your Key success factors

  • B.E / M.E in Computer Science Engineering or a related discipline from premier institutions with good academic track records.
  • 2 to 4 Yrs of hands on experience programming in ASP.NET, C# .NET, 4.0/4.5+, Web Farms, HTML/CSS & JavaScript and Microsoft SQL Server and Oracle databases.
  • Experience on software design and development and exposure to Unit testing tools
  • Good knowledge of Client-Server architectures and deep understanding of Computer Sciences & fundamentals, Data structures, Algorithms, Design patterns, OOPS Concepts.
  • Good Understanding to the Software Architecture, Software Performance & Security
  • Strong Problem solving skills and ability to troubleshoot applications & environment issues.
  • Adaptability, ability to learn faster, independent, responsible and diligent.
  • Good team spirit and interpersonal skills, excellent written, verbal, communication skills and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work in multiple products and flexible to work on multiple technologies
