We are looking for a Digital Project Manager to join our Digital Marketing team within the Global Marketing department of the BioProduction Group (BPG). As a Digital Project Manager, you will play a key role in delivery of project initiatives across the organization. You’ll work closely with business stakeholders to define and manage project plans and enable technical and operational teams to help execute.
What Will You Do

  • Plan and lead projects to support and enhance digital projects and campaigns
  • Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
  • Design, execute, and report against formal roadmaps and project plans
  • Coordinate resources across various teams, including global stakeholders
  • Deliver high-level reporting to key stakeholders across the organization
  • Schedule, oversee the budget, report on risks, issues, and accomplishments
  • Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs
  • Actively monitor project risks and scope to identify potential problems and proactively address solutions

Required Skills/Experience

  • 5+ years experience in project management
  • Understanding of the digital environment and familiarity with web development, paid media, email marketing, marketing automation programs, and tools and platforms used to improve online presence.
  • Solid understanding of project management tools and methodology.
  • Analytical and detail oriented with strong Excel & PowerPoint skills.
  • Strong communication skills, ability to interact across peer network to group leadership level.
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team of channel focused specialists.
  • Ability to track timelines and due dates for deliverables, reviews and approval for campaign launches.
  • Ability to manage project resources, schedule, issues, risks and communication
  • Deliver project status reports and host project office and steering committee calls
  • Proficient skills presenting complex schedules and tracking.
  • Skilled in building trusted relationships with team members and project stakeholders.
  • Excellent interpersonal verbal and written communication skills.
  • PMP Certification, a plus
