Senior Executive – FP & A
Location – Bangalore
The FP&A team at InMobi operates like an internal financial team within the broader R&O strategy group and is heavily involved with a range of critical projects and issues like revenue forecasting, margin and profitability tracking and integrating it all with an operational plan for the organization across the various geos and business lines. The team combines system data, trends and market intelligence to track and forecast performance of the company and drive tactical levels and strategic endeavors accordingly.

1. Building forecast for all the expense line items (workforce, Infra & other Opex). This will require connecting with multiple stakeholder, understanding the details around the number, working on very complex excel file & keep the Opex expense within budget.
2. Doing deep dive on the P&L and have discussion with the business to understand any movement in the financial performance of business.
3. Draft the Operational P&L on a quarterly basis and send the same to Regional GMs. Ensure all the gaps are reconciled on timely basis as per the internally agreed timeline.
4. Prepares financial reports (MIS, Cash flow statement etc.) for internal use by collecting, analyzing, formatting, and presenting information
5. Understand all the business health metrics and doing monthly reporting of the same including discussion with business leaders for any change in any of business health metrics.
6. Performs ad hoc analysis for executives as required

4. CA/MBA with 2-3 years of work experience
