‘This position is open with Bajaj Finance ltd.’ Purpose of the job is to ensure organizational commitments made by function as a department are met within the timelines leading to overall delivery of organizational objectives
Job Duties & Key Responsibilities
* Duties and Responsibilities – PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES (Accountabilities associated with the job) – Track all projects under function for overview & review by the GBH – Ensure that the data/ to be presented by function head is submitted on time and is accurate for further representation or decision making or consideration – Support in working on key projects by managing the project trackers updates and status on on-going basis. – To do research and build presentations in specific areas – To work within function to coordinate projects info sharing and imp meetings – To build on the ideas and guidance given – To help prioritize key actionable lined up for delivery. – To ensure data received from different departments talk to each other – To help developing and tracking of various business projects – Responsible to take independent projects – Horizontal for function capability Development 4. MAJOR CHALLENGES (Challenges faced on an on-going basis in carrying out the job) – Availability & accuracy of data – Present analysis for key trends and highlight areas of action 5.
