- Drives Market Insighting related activities within the affiliate. Activities will cover the following areas:
- Keep track of all routine IQVIA/SMSRC reports and dashboards and act as the custodian for the same
- Ensure all market intelligence available through the above is disseminated to the relevant teams
- Identify anomalies and carry out root cause analysis to identify problem areas whenever required
- Collaborate with marketing teams to carry out market research and insighting studies and projects
- Will identify best practices in the area of market research and disseminate to the marketing team
- Will develop digital tools and repositories to facilitate insights
- Will be the internal SME and go-to person for market research/insights
- Will facilitate the brand planning process through appropriate insights
- Will drive an insights based culture within the marketing team
JOB SPECIFICATIONS:

Education
- MBA from reputed institute
- Bachelors in Engineering, Maths/Statistics preferred
Experience
u2022 At least 3-4 years of experience in market research preferably in the context of pharma/healthcare
- Should have independently handled market research projects from inception (problem definition) stage to design, execution, analysis and conclusion.
