• Experience of SOC2, ISO27K, ISO20K, ITIL Implementation
  • Identifying, verifying, analyzing, and implementing process improvement and process re-engineering opportunities.
  • Provide technical and analytical support for process improvement initiatives.
  • Develop process analysis and re-engineering to improve efficiency, lower costs and improve product quality.
  • Facilitate the design and implementation of new/improved process models and organizational structures.
  • Train and guide resources in process improvement techniques.
  • Manage and lead process team to achieve desired results.
  • Assist in development of new process capabilities.
  • Perform project management, analytics, and measure to ensure milestones are met and deliverables achieved.
  • Coordinate with various teams to analyze project results and performance.
  • Identify and manage resources to deliver effective solutions.
  • Ensure that the team works in accordance with the approved company operating policies, procedures, practices and methods.
  • Designing and implementing risk management process contextual to the organization, which includes an analysis of the financial impact on the company when risks occur
  • Understanding applicable regulations, guidelines and industry best practices to manage risk and ensure compliance.
  • Developing, maintaining, or auditing security documentation such as policies, standards, and procedures.
  • Monitoring internal control effectiveness.
  • Conducting internal security assessments to ensure continued compliance.
  • Explaining roles in managing risk to partners and getting buy-in to improve the organizational risk posture.
