As a Clinical Support Manager, you will be responsible for understanding how well a study is progressing, driving the clinical trial systems completeness. You will serve as point of contact for the study teams for clinical trial system matters and liaise with clinical systems Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career, these responsibilities include some of the following: This is a key role to ensure delivery of Analytics and Benchmarking analysis and reporting for all of Clinical Operations with a focus on business and performance analysis required to manage the organization, feasibility, recruitment planning and investigator grants. The delivery of this data and analysis is critical for supporting upper quartile performance, robust feasibility, recruitment planning and start-up through providing investigator payment benchmarks. Individual will partner with leaders across Clin Ops and especially the DAP LT to design and execute analysis and benchmarking requests. Work with a global customer base from the Clinical Operations Leadership Team, Functional Lines (Central and Regions/LOCs) and Study teams to define, implement and deliver robust data, analytics and benchmarking to support the organization Design key analysis for Clin Ops working in close partnership with the DAP Performance Team Work with Clin Ops LT to execute the analytics and benchmarking strategy and vision and deliver a set of solutions that ensure relevant, real time data is available to drive quality and performance delivery of clinical trials, programs and the Clinical Operations organization Partner with SPO, Finance and Tech to ensure availability of key data for analytics reporting and benchmarking for Clin Ops. Preferred Qualifications: Advanced Degree in Business/Science/Math Ability to analyse complex data form multiple sources, connect data and information to support strategic planning, and problem solve to gather relevant data and or surrogate measures to support analysis. Demonstrated ability to work in a global team. Demonstrated ability to connect and analyse data and leverage it for making sound business decisions demonstrated ability to influence senior leaders. Experience in Business Analytics and operational data and reporting – ideally in a pharmaceutical environment. Proven experience in gathering, defining and communicating business requirements.
