What you should have:
- Should have 15+ years experiece in Cloud, Linux, Windows, Networking or Storage.
- Hands on experience in Docker, Kubernetes & Cloud products.
- Administration experience of Red Hat OpenShift.
- Reponsible to Architect, Design and implement enterprise PaaS solutions, based on RedHat OpenShift on variety of IaaS platforms likeAWS, Azure, VMware, OpenStack etc.
- Ability to design high available, multi cloud and split cluster based OpenShift environment.
- Must have strong experience in OCP (OpenShift), Red hat, Virtualization, VMware etc.
- Should have technical experience in Java, anddesign &developmentknowledge of Micro services using any frameworklike Spring Boot, Nodes, etc.
- Lead migrations and assessment of applications of platforms written in different languages / technologies (Java, PHP,Python, Ruby, etc.) / WAS, WebLogic to Open-source solution involving Docker or Kubernetes Frameworks.
- Act as a SME primarily for OpenShift PaaS to propose and validate the solutions for customers.
- Extensive experience in a customer-facing positions as a technology Consultant/Architect.
- Experience architecting high traffic B2C, B2B websites.
- Excellent hands-on experience on Docker in setting up and managing private Docker Trusted Registry (DTR) and ofdeveloping as well as maintaining Docker images / containers for different technology stacks.
- Create modern application platform automation solutions based around containers and container orchestration, usingtechnologies like Red Hat Enterprise Linux Atomic Host, Docker, and Kubernetes.
- Knowledge/experience in Containers (Docker, Swarm, Kubernetes).
- Must Have Hands on experience on OpenShift or Kubernetes set up installation & administration.
- Good exposure to DevOps principles, CI/CD, Continuous Deployment Pipelines using Jenkins.
What you will do
- Provide presales technical support for the development and implementation of complex solutions.
- Use your extensive knowledge and technical expertise to prepare detailed specifications for them, deliver presentations, workshops, and proofs of concepts, and demonstrate our offerings to customers and partners.
- Present complex solutions to potential customers and design value-driven architectures, explaining the application and business value of IBM & Red Hat’s solutions.
- Educate partners on the capabilities of IBM & Red Hat’s solutions.
- Deliver compelling recommendations that will result in the closing of new sales.
- Gain deep understanding of customer business and IT environments and collaborate with sales teams to assess the potential application of Red Hat’s solutions.
- Communicate value, progress, and status of sales opportunities to all stakeholders share knowledge and findings to allow team members to learn from your experience.
