Consulting Firm hiring Experienced Semi-CA, CMA, Graduates for Finance, Accounts, Tax, Audit

The firm is an advisory firm which provides services to VC funded start-ups in the space of Accounting, Due Diligence, Legal, Taxation and so on. The firm comprises of 40+ members being CA, CS, Lawyers, etc and has presence in multiple cities in India.

• Managing the month closure process and review of Financials on a monthly/quarterly basis.
• Coordinate and direct the preparation of the financial budget/ forecasts and report variances
• Prepare and present timely monthly MIS and Cash flow statements.
• Knowledge of Internal Control Process and Implemented accounting/finance processes
• Working knowledge of monthly / Quarterly compliance on TDS and GST
• Working knowledge of monthly / Quarterly compliance on Payroll, PT etc
• Working knowledge of Provident fund, ESI and PT compliance where applicable.
• Preparing various management reports for sales, purchase, AR, AP and Expenses.
• Bank Reconciliations and Customer/Vendor Reconciliations.
• Review of payroll and payroll related compliances, payroll register maintenance, tax computation, etc.
• Preparing forecasts for evaluating company value as per Income Tax, Company Law and FEMA.
• Accounting, Statutory Audit and Taxation support for portfolio companies.
• Independently run Financial Due Diligence for potential investment rounds and support through investment transactions

• Experience – Semi-CA/CMA (1 to 3 years post articleship), Graduates (3 to 5 years post-graduation)
• Candidate should have decent academics
• Candidate should have working knowledge on accounting softwares like Tally or Quickbooks or Zohobooks
• Candidate should have strong MS Office skills mainly MS Excel (V-lookup, Pivot, Sum ifs)
• Candidate should have good communication skills
• Candidate should have good understanding of Accounting Standards and Audit practices

Graduates – 3 Lacs to 4 Lacs per annum
