Job Description: 7+ years of experience in PS HCM – Implementation & Support projects, minimum of 2+ years of experience in Oracle Cloud application implementation (HCM / ERP).Paas lead
· Understand the cloud architecture and design for leading the overall technical development. · Work with team on technical issues and provide support for development tasks. · Lead technical design and development of all technical components. · Provide validation of technical design.
Role: PAAS Lead
Required Skills:
* Minimum of 7+ years of experience in PS (HCM / ERP) Implementation & Support projects
* minimum of 2+ years of experience in Oracle Cloud application implementation (HCM / ERP).
* Project management experience
* Experience in entire development life cycle activities – Requirement gathering, design the solution, development and unit testing, SIT testing, UAT support, PROD migration support and Warranty support
* Must have good communication skills both written and verbal as individual need to work closely with onsite team and other project stakeholders
* Fluency in English is a must
* Should possess good documentation skill to prepare all the project deliverables
* Ability to plan project activities, track them to closure
* Knowledge on quality process
* Ability to work in a focused way & to take complete ownership of the assigned task
* Should be a quick learner and should possess troubleshooting skills
* Ability to report the status promptly
* Ability to highlight any challenge faced in the project and work with the team to solve the same
* Ability to interact with project stakeholders
