- Leads internal project to ensure that it meets all scope, time, budget and quality expectations, through planning, controlling and managing. Manages corporate and third party vendor efforts to plan, build and implement solutions to internal problems and issues.
- Applies developed subject matter knowledge to solve common and complex business issues within established guidelines and recommends appropriate alternatives. Works on problems of diverse complexity and scope.
- May act as a team or project leader providing direction to team activities and facilitates information validation and team decision making process.
- Exercises independent judgment within generally defined policies and practices to identify and select a solution. Ability to handle most unique situations. May seek advice in order to make decisions on complex business issues.
- Has working experience of Agile Methodologies, JIRA tool and driving Agile projects in complex environment and in user engagement

Education and Experience Required
First Level University degree. 5+ years in project management or Business analyst role
Knowledge and Skills
- Demonstrates an in-depth understanding of concepts of Agile project methodology and JIRA tool
- Certification in project management or Agile Methodologies is an added advantage
- Hands on experience of Managing projects using Agile methodology and working on multiple tools including JIRA is must
- Strong technology, analytical and communication skills are must-have traits and ability to communicate concisely with the stakeholders and clients with regard to the requirement
