Specific Responsibilities
Define and Design Policies and Processes for collections.
Analyze and implement collection strategies and suggest improvements in processes.
Monitor and take corrective measure for failures.
Plan to automate collection MIS & strategy for digitizing daily tracking of collections
Work flow management of collection processes
Preparing MIS and PPT for reviews
Designing and roll out of contests and incentive schemes.
Coordinating with Analytics to identify high risk customers/segment and proposing strategy to mitigate the risks.
Establish collaborative relationship with cross-functional team to move collections strategies forward.
Key Accountabilities
Timely MIS and Data Publishing Timely Incentive, contest and payout release Robust process development and implementation Plugging gaps in the collection process to mitigate loss Achievement of Collection Metrics
Technical Competencies
· Proficient in MS excel and MS Power Point · Strong analytical skills · Strong in process development and policy development
Personal Attributes
· Strong communication skills · Good collaborative skills · Strong presentation skills
Eligibility
Graduate or MBA. At least 8-10 years of process development & policy development experience from collections background from NBFC or Banking
