The Role Responsibilities
Strategy
- Exposure to more than one functional area of banking must – Exposure to more than one functional area of banking Compliance, Automation Process
Business
- Discuss & query the biz users to bring out the exact requirements and understand the functionality to provide a high level functional solution document
Processes
- Review test cases prepared for testing the solution during unit testing & SIT phases, extend support to the biz, dev & testing teams during the UAT phases
- Prepare a traceability matrix from the requirements to the functional solution
People and Talent
Governance
- Provide inputs for new projects preparation and support the project manager in estimations & other activities
- Act as bridge between the biz users and the technology design, development & testing teams
Regulatory & Business Conduct
- Display exemplary conduct and live by the Group&rsquos Values and Code of Conduct.
- Take personal responsibility for embedding the highest standards of ethics, including regulatory and business conduct, across Standard Chartered Bank. This includes understanding and ensuring compliance with, in letter and spirit, all applicable laws, regulations, guidelines and the Group Code of Conduct.
