Ensure BAU activities are being performed in accordance with the SOP and that there are no deviations
– Ensure there are no errors or incidents within the Portfolio reconciliation and Control scope
– Ensure all the SLAs are met, including the mailbox management and Adhoc requests
– Ensure adherence to Client confidentiality at all times
– Ensure you have a clear understanding of the regulations surrounding the process you are responsible for
– Ensure adequate and clear communication with clients of all regions
– Ensure the KPIs/KRIs are regularly updated to assist your Team leader in publishing the same to rest of the stake holders.
– Prioritise your work and support the rest of the team members to ensure there are no SLA lapse
– Communicate changes or additions to the processes to your direct manager and update the SOP accordingly
– Build positive rapport with colleagues and clients
– Aim to become a Subject Matter Expert in the domain of your primary responsibilty
– Demonstrate a sense of responsibility and accountability at all times in the interest of servicing our internal and external Clients
– Suggest ways of improving the process and work towards its making the accepted changes with the help of your direct Manager’
Profile Required
Working Knowledge of MS Office Tools
‘Understanding of ISDA / CSA and Margining concepts (interacting Directly with clients or through clearing platforms)
– Knowledge of SWIFT Settlement Process
– Knowledge of Portfolio Reconciliation
– Knowledge of US and European financial regulations – EMIR, Dodd Frank etc
– Ability to work with virtual teams and matrix organisations’

Environment
Must have understanding of margining concepts, settlements and portfolio reconciliation. An ability to work with virtual teams and matrix organisations will be essential. This role is excellent for those who wish to become subject matter experts in the field of capital markets. Will have multiple responsibilities that covers a broad area of responsibilites.
