- Individual Revenue generation responsibility

- Acquisition and Account nurturing
- Hire and Manage a team
- Responsible for revenue generation for the team and self
Grow:
- Strategic areas of growth and customers
- Long term retention of staff
- P&L Management for the unit.
Your current profile:
- Minimum 2 to 4 years experience in sales role.
- Previous experience or education in finance or relatedfields is desirable e.g.: M.Com., ICWA or CA (multiple attempts)
- Prior recruitment experience is not mandatory.
