Engineering & Business Service Center, COO Engineering Services, Manufacturing PDM
This role as Finance analyst is part of COO Engineering services – Manufacturing PDM and this role is to support the manufacturing finance team in Vestas Factories Globally.
Responsibilities
- Continuously improve and provide added-value data reports with dashboards, trends analysis to the factories
- Support standardization and automation of recurring data reporting activities
- Support development of data reports in BI, VBA Excel together with IT
- Support continues improvement initiatives agreed with Manufacturing Finance. Co-ordinate with technical support team , factory finance team and SAP/IT system team and secure implementation of the improvement initiatives.
- Evaluate the efficiency & productivity of factories on daily and weekly basis and provide the cost reports to the factories on a monthly basis.
- Align all the data elements with all relevant stakeholders prior to final reporting.
- Handle adhoc queries from stakeholders
Qualifications
MBA in Operations or finance management. Preference goes for the applicant who did their MBA project in Manufacturing/factory sector.
Competencies
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Proficient in Advanced Microsoft Excel (VBA) & Power point for reporting day to day developments
- Good Scientific & problem-solving skills
- Good in Stakeholder management and Co-ordination
- Fluent in English communication and ability to work in a global multi-cultural environment
