The Role Responsibilities
Background:
- A key priority for Core Finance Change as part of the Aspire Program is to establish a centre of excellence across core finance functions, SAP suite of products and new ways of working.
- The Change Delivery Manager role in India will play a critical role as a member of the Aspire Core Finance Change CoE Squad team responsibility for the end-end solution delivery of core finance change projects across core finance functions including Finance functions Ledger, Consolidation, Financial and Management, Supply Chain management.
- The role will report into the Change Lead. The role will include senior stakeholder engagement, project management responsibility, solution / process design, operational delivery, risk and issue resolution.
Key Responsibilities:
- The Core Finance Change Delivery Manager will be:
- Involved in business and data analysis and solution design across core finance functions including Ledger, Consolidation, Financial and Management Reporting, Supply Chain management.
- Responsible for managing deliverables throughout the project lifecycle collaborating with various project/program teams, stakeholders finance stakeholders across geographies, process and technology teams.
- Excellent business and technical process design and execution skills, enabling the effective execution of a change
- Responsibility for prioritisation and management of critical path delivery items
- Ensure strong engagement with senior leaders and stakeholders across Finance.
- Responsible for risk and issue resolution
- Build strong relationships with key delivery partners, and ensure efficiencies and synergies are realised across programmes.
- Build effective communication channels with wider senior finance leadership.
- Ensure effective governance and project management standards are applied across all delivery responsibilities
- High quality written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to focus on multiple initiatives and subjects at the same time
The role requires very strong change management experience along with a background Core Finance functions. Good communication skills and the ability to engage with senior leaders within Finance is also a must, the role will be reporting into the Aspire Core Finance Change Lead but will also have direct engagement with Aspire Core Finance Work Stream Leads, GPO&rsquos and senior Aspire MT.

- Effectively and collaboratively identify, escalate, mitigate and resolve risk, conduct and compliance matters.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 10+ years of experience in Banking and Financial Services in more than one core Finance functions Ledger, Consolidation, Financial and Management Reporting, Cost allocations and transfer pricing, planning and performance management Master Data Governance, Supply Chain management and Tax reporting.
- Change experience on implementation of finance technology solutions
- Experience in establishing and delivering large scale change initiatives within Finance
- Core Project Management skillsets including Planning, Risk and Issue Management etc
- Strong skills with core Business Analysis toolset and techniques
- Able to design processes at both a conceptual and operational level
- Strong background in problem solving, with demonstrable analytical skills
- Experience in Senior Stakeholder Management and Communication
