OpenText is looking for strong candidates to be part of a diverse team that works closely with Business stake holders, COE team and Functional team to conduct functional testing, develop effective and efficient testing methods, maintain testing documents throughout the QA process and communicate with respective teams to provide a reliable, consistent, and positive end-user experience.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- Translate business requirement into a test plan and write the test cases.
- Interact with Business representatives to ensure their requirements are being met and quality is assured.
- Execute the test cases to make sure that the implemented business requirement is meeting the required functionality.
- Adhere to SDLC standards and Change Management processes
Position Requirements:
- Resource should have 4+ years of experience in testing and minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in Salesforce (SFDC)
- Resource should be aware of SFDC roles, profiles, permissions sets, SalesForce (SFDC) relationships and types
- Good knowledge required on SalesForce (SFDC) Validation rules, trigger checks, field databases, page layouts, Objects, Tabs
- Should be aware of Workflows approval rules, process builder
- Resource should be aware about the standard objects for sales and service apps and its data flow
- Hands-on experience on leads, lead conversion, Account, Opportunity, opportunity to order, Quote, case, solutions
- Handshake on a single test case where Order is created in SFDC and pulled into SAP. CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) customization
- Hands-on experience on any of the customized sales/service application
- Hands on experience required for at least 1 integration project
- Resource should be aware of SDLC, STLC, Defect life cycle and Agile framework, JIRA, ALM
- Good experience in writing the test cases
