The CSD SL requires leader to run the operations 1300 team members working in India.
The candidate must have at least 15 years on experience IT operations and delivery focussing on Java, Microsoft etc.
Provide a leadership role in developing capabilities and resource management to achieve utilization, fulfilment targets etc.
Building relationships with sales, stakeholders and supporting teams to drive the head count growth in Captives accounts
Be customer facing and comfortable presenting CSD skills(Java, Microsoft etc.) and capabilities both externally and internally
Have a strong knowledge of CSD skills and offerings and instilling this knowledge onto the capability team in order to build skills on demand.
Provide relevant input back to leadership team for improvements or enhancements that will enable growth and utilization levels.
Provide regular reporting to management relating to the fulfilment, capacity planning, training and certifications.
