·Must have experience of home loan/ Mortgage loan
·Builder relationship, tie up and knowledge of Approved Project process
·Managing DSA/ channel partners and DST
·Experience of executing local campaigns and marketing activity
·Capability to do direct sourcing
·Display strong understanding of customer business
·To handle / coordinate for pre & post disbursement activities
·Ability to comprehend risk inherent to customer business
