DESCRIPTION
As a member of Amazon’s Country-to-Country (C2C) Internal Transfers Team within HR Services, the Sr Process Lead will work to build a world-class international internal transfers program at Amazon and provide hiring teams and employees with a positive experience throughout the process.
This role requires working effectively with leaders at all levels within the HR community to ensure on-time delivery. A successful candidate will have experience working in a high volume environment, strong people and project management skills, excellent communication skills, and must have the ability to partner with stakeholders to plan, test, deploy, and improve solutions. You will need to roll up your sleeves and have a high level of ownership and accountability.
Responsibilities:
· Subject Matter Expert for customers and internal stakeholders.
· Deep knowledge on the HR tools.
· Ability to escalate urgent or mass issues to partner team and work directly with partners to achieve resolution
· Communicate changes for work streams team or transfers any upcoming new process changes from program managers or that were being worked on by stakeholders.
· Provide clear communication to partners and employees when researching and resolving inquiries
· Track, measure and report on the Service Level Agreement (SLA) metrics.
· Demonstrate a high degree of discretion and confidentiality.
· Manage escalations and investigate discrepancies.
· Participate in a variety of project related activities, including analysis or preparation of documentation; communicate processes and best practices.
. Advanced researching skills through our various centralized knowledge centers (Inside , sharepoint , and SOP).
· System Outage communications and escalations if necessary to resolvers and team for them to understand. (Upstream or Downstream)
. Ability to coach and teach processes for newly hired compensation team members.
. Organizational skills to understand what needs to prioritize and delivered through day to day responsibilities.
. Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
. Understands core values of the amazon culture throuhghout all organizations – customer obsession.
. Support the transfer cases during the high volume situations. Manage multiple transfer cases at a time, coordinating activities and communication between HR Business Partners, managers and employees
. Strong sense of time management to deliver on time for case management , and all the action items.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
Qualification :
· MBA or Master’s degree in relevant field
· 4+ yrs experience in Employee life cycle and people management.
· Knowledge of the organizations inter-department relationships and the ability to work with all levels within the organization
· Ability to build relationships and influence others
· Excellent speaking-listening-writing skills

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
· 4+ years project management experience, driving complex projects with full project lifecycle management
· 4+ years working closely with employee compensation and/or total rewards
· Strong customer service orientation with a demonstrated desire to exceed expectations – ability to serve multiple customers (employees, managers, HR)
· Great organizational skills, able to track high volume activity with exceptional follow through and attention to detail
· Excellent written and verbal communications skills – ability to interface with all levels of the organization, specific strength in setting and managing expectations
