The Installed Base Operations organization administers and maintains sales operational systems and processes to provide content, data and information management in support of WW HIT-I installed base programs. Our mission is to unleash the potential of our installed base by ensuring the conversion of this potential to revenue for HPE.

Responsibilities:
- Acts as main point of contact for WW BU/ Category managers by syncing regularly with BU leads, gathering information on the specifics and ensures ongoing knowledge sharing with the team as needed (gather inputs, share, analyses, logic for data refresh, programs deployment and execution) and coordinate the specific BU engagement plan.
- Delivers IB and WW Programs deliverables in support of business stakeholders.
- Enables execution on WW IB Programs at geo level by delivering quality analytics and enabling understanding of the IB process and strategy by WW and Geo stakeholders.
- Supports IB transformation initiatives by leveraging acquired expertise to enable transition to new IB management systems (IB Next) and connected business and operational processes.
- Supports and delivers continuous improvement initiatives for IB-Next by proposing and executing on solutions for improved deliverables and/or more effective processes for the delivery of IB-One/IB Next pack and supporting activities.
Education and Experience Required:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Management or equivalent experience
Typically 5+ years experience
Knowledge and Skills:
- Previous experience in a role with data analytics responsibilities
- Proven Communication Skills (Verbal + Written) – English; proactive communicator
- Experience with MS Excel; experience with other data management systems (SQL, Hadoop, Spark, Scala etc.) is a plus
- Demonstrated orientation towards proactive problem solving; self-starter
- Focused on innovation and process improvement
- Attention to detail
- Knowledge of HPE business systems and processes is a plus
