Experience in Cash Flow, Handling in multiple Banks, Letter of Credit & Management of Treasury functions.
Experience & knowledge in Accounting Standards, IFRS, Policies & Procedure. Experience in Macro Excel.
Coordinating with Bank for managing the loan book of SPVs
o Liaison with banks for ensuring timely processing of bank transactions
o Coordinating with various internal teams to provide necessary information to lenders
o Ensuring regular compliance of loan requirements
o Engaging with financial and legal consultants
o Investment of surplus funds in FDs/MF as per policy
o MIS of Repayment / Interest and Outstanding Loan of SPVs
o Providing various statements/reports to management/consultants /agencies as and when required in provided formats
Documentation
Maintaining record of loans to SPVs
V. Specific demands on the job :
Knowledge and working experience of handling SPVs related activities would be an added advantage
Experience in Handling Banks / project Finance / Debt restructuring / lender covenants / Banks will be preferred
Skills
Experience in Treasury Function
Understanding and experience of treasury accounting including FX, liquidity, cashflow and various financial instruments
Sound understanding of accounting principles
Understanding of financial markets, financial instruments and debt instruments
