Job responsibilities
• Actively participating in the clinical study planning depending on the protocol, the capacity of the clinical units, the workforce capacity and the recruitment of volunteers, taking into account customer’s priorities and income to achieve expected results.
• Participates with clinical management in the risk assessment associated with clinical revenues, specifically in the study preparation phase.
• Participates in the development of indicators related to clinical operations and financial objectives of the division like assembling the weekly clinical forecast numbers and collaborating with the financial team in recognition of clinical revenues.
• Actively participating to answer the Request for Information form for clinical division and updating database like clinical experiences.
• Actively contributes as a clinical expert in the preparation of some specific projects and Phase I studies quotes.
• Participates in cost analysis for clinical projects and follows up with the clinical management team, cost proposal and finance teams. Qualifications
What we’re looking for
• Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent) level of qualification in life sciences, or related field like finance or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Relative alternate certification may be considered acceptable
• Ability to understand and discuss scientific and clinical research documents.
• Strong customer service orientation required
• Financial analysis experience considered as asset.
• Good computer literacy skills including word processing, spreadsheet, and database applications
• Strong ability to manage time and work independently
• Attentive to detail in the analysis and presentation of data.
• Required bilingualism (English and French): includes communicating verbally and in writing on topics that are often technical and writing procedures or technical reports
