Job Deliverables:
1. Daily Management of shift from Learning perspective:
2. Direct IB and OB functions
3. Understand SJIs and follow SOP.
4. Monitoring and mentoring of associates on productivity, quality and safety.
5. Monitor PS queues, and raise Andon in case of any issues
6. Updating trackers shared by site Learning Manager
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
A graduate with 1-3 yrs of experience in a customer facing environment or manufacturing/graduate engineer preferred
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
A self-motivated person with the ability to motivate the associates. · Good people management skills. · Good analytical and problem solving skills. · Proficiency in MS Excel and Amazon system or similar systems. · 1-3 yrs of experience in managing a process and people as a lead/graduate engineer
