The Role Responsibilities

  • Manage Product Level P%26amp;L for Mortgage loans

  • Drive Key business levers %26ndash; Rates / Fees / Product Mix / Profile Mix

  • Drive business through campaigns, schemes, Offers, contests, distribution initiatives etc.

  • Optimize processes %26amp; drive automation/digitization. Take up initiatives for Cost abatement.

  • Evaluate Upsell and Cross Sell / Bundling prospects

  • Manage Client Retention through value added offerings

  • Manage various Product Level Circulars %26ndash; Pricing Policy

  • Handle OR, GIA and external auditors from time to time..

  • Represent SCB with Non Bank Financial Institutions to explore securitization prospects.

  • Ensure Portfolio Securitization from Financial Institutions as per the SCB Mortgage Corporate Plan

  • Create and drive revenue through profitable Securitization deals

  • Ensure the desired Discipline is maintained post onboarding

QUALIFICATIONS:
Functional Skill Sets

  • Knowledge of mortgages (Secured Loans)

  • Acquainted with Term Loans

  • Knowledge of SCB Systems

  • Good Communication skills %26ndash; Written and Verbal
