- Job Requirements :
- Key Responsibilities : A: Assist with troubleshooting and issue resolution relating to current applications B: Promote service improvements on an ongoing basis to continually improve the quality of services delivered and customer satisfaction C: Provide support to the business during day to day activities and ad hoc requests D: Must monitor the incidents to ensure that the Service Level Agreement are respected
- Technical Experience : 1: Experience in creating and optimizing database queries, stored procedures 2: 3 years of extensive database experience with a good knowledge of Business Intelligence 3 : At least 5 years of development experience in analytics and Visualization Strong knowledge of data visualization Design, development and integration
- Professional Attributes : A: Self disciplined, strong problem solving,trouble shooting skills B: Should have good communication skills verbal and written C: Should have good team handling skills
