Job ResponsiblitesReview of Loans, Trade Finance, Supply Chain Finance agreements and capturingkey parameters into JP Morgan System. Monitoring collaterals pledged and perfecting them through filing UCC’s. Working with outside counsel and tracking the closing package in order tomake them available to BIC team for pledging with FRBNY. Interacting with the branches across the globe and resolve any queriesraised. Working with key partners in legal, business for various executed legaldocuments. Maintaining production and quality standards to ensure that reviews arecompleted timely and accurately. Ability to follow instructions very well; detail-oriented. Understanding of all aspects of deal/loan administration functions andtasks. Tracking and reconciling daily work and performing other duties as assigned. Tracking deferrals and sourcing the missing documents from Intralinks,Syndtrack and Debt domain. Strong communication both oral and written is a must Knowledge about life cycle of Loan and Trade is preferred.
