Description:
– Responsible for administration for the Jira tool, plugins, and integrated software.
– Responsible to create Jira dashboards for progress and status management, and metrics tracking.
– Manage and maintain Jira projects, schemes, configurations, workflows, templates, and permissions.
– Manage any Atlassian software or tool upgrades, and provide any required technical documentation to the user.
– Perform Project migration, backup/restore and archive activity.
– Maintain integration JIRA with other services, backups, add-on’s, upgrades and periodic maintenance tasks.
– Design and implement custom workflows, fields, global permission, permission schemes, post functions, plugin installation, and test, etc.
– Manage source code management systems and its operations.
