Job Description:
The Sr COE lead should ensure financials integrity, act as first line support for Accounting Controllers, Regional RTR Leads and Accounting Specialists, build up the process knowledge repository, and complying with the internal control framework. Coach and develop the team of COE leads and Accounting Specialists and ensure that the RTR processes are optimized and are in line with the strategy of the organization.

  • Member of the RTR Leadership team in Chennai, involved in wider initiatives and global projects representing the entire community.
  • Accountable for managing the effective integration and collaboration (process and content) between the Hub and third party service provider.
  • Accountable for managing RTR stakeholders in B/M/F and strengthening relationship with GBS.
  • Accountable for driving and delivering on RTR Operational metrics, holding team accountable for performance targets.
  • Accountable for performance improvement on Hub RTR operational commitments including efficiency/productivity, through continuous improvement and close service provider cooperation.
  • Accountable for Team Staffing, Succession Planning, Performance Management, People Development etc.
  • Work closely with global process owners & audit teams to ensure all financial accounting activities of RTR are executed with appropriate controls and end to end view.
  • Accountable for the adherence to Group Finance Policy, RTR standards and procedures.
  • Responsible for managing global RTR stakeholders, HoF’s and strengthening relationship with GBS.
  • Accountable for RTR Hub organization capability development.
