FP&A Analyst – Senior ManagerJob Description
Analyzes and reports on business performance by means of: Monthly performance, AOP, product/market/customer/integral profitability, Quarterly Forecasting, RoFo, Strategic Review, cost control, Target Setting / Remuneration, Pricing/margin analysis, etc. Performs forward-looking ad-hoc analysis, such as project & strategy evaluation, benchmarking, Price/Volume mix, scenario analysis, etc. Prepares, attends, minutes and keeps track of follow ups regarding performance and strategy meetings. Takes initiative to bring relevant financial issues to the attention of his/her relevant stakeholders. Participates in various x-BG/Sector/Market Finance improvement projects. Understands systems and tools. Ensures quality, accuracy and integrity of information stored in our systems, enabling a single source of truth.

  • Actionable insights to Business: Analyze Financial / Cost accounting reports & Summarize the results into a management commentary with actionable insights during MEC, Forecast, AOP, Strategic plan preparations at plant / BG/BU level and closely work with them for submission to PPA
  • Finance Business Partner (FBP) Support – Ad-hoc Support to the Factory / BG / BU FBPs with relevant & useful financial information and facilitate/contribute for effective decision-making process
  • Process improvement – Identify, Develop & Implement the ideas – Simplify, Standardize the activities/reports by adopting the best practices from other plants. Automate the reports with the help of various tools. Add value to the process.
  • Stakeholder management – Meet stakeholders expectations & re-define our CoE offerings to stay relevant to business requirements – Buyers, Knowledge/cost engineers, Acc. Ops
  • Learning & Development – Gain/Acquire business knowledge and apply the business information in the Cost a/c process and evolve as a Subject matter expert. Improve your soft skills. Complete all mandatory trainings on a timely manner.
  • Knowledge management & Retention – Create & update process documentation. Share & gain the knowledge with the other team members through cross training. Contribute to process K- Bank/Think tanks
  • Operational Excellence – Acquire, Adopt & Apply LEAN methodologies & techniques on a day to day basis in deliverables.
  • Contribute for the overall success factors of the FP&A CoE and Global Hub by engaging in CoE & Hub related initiatives/Projects
