As Finance Service Delivery – Procure to Pay Professional you will be responsible for representing the second largest cost element for profit and loss. You will also deliver the topline sales and operating commitment to embed the off and on invoice price structures in an effort to reduce and redeploy spend. These responsibilities include some of the following: Define the Route to Market, Shelf to Gross to Net Sales value chain by channel for the team organization plan and other markets Lead the gross to net (G2N) analytics to identify saving opportunities at the local operating company Develop G2N Targets by Channel for the local operating company and align with financial disclosure, gross margin, and sales Monitor the delivery of G2N performance against targets and ensure flow through into the profit and loss Rollout return on investment G2N framework; train the local operating company and develop mechanism to benchmark various trade marketing activities Build a database of the advance purchase commitment of the G2N landscape consisting of a detailed breakdown by the local operating company including customers, activities and brands Identify gaps in process, systems, and policies and translate into standard ways of working Share and Reapply G2N best practices across the region to create a culture of effectiveness Perform as the Super User for trade spend management for advanced analytical procedures and acceptance criteria Represent the global trade spend management steering committee to ensure that distributor market issues are identified and solved Support and monitor ongoing initiatives to drive a robust G2N and Revenue Management process within the region Build G2N tracking for key markets to reflect historical data, plans, and year to date gross margins and savings Lead and build the knowledge center capabilities to manage G2N tracking Why you Basic Qualifications: We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals: Bachelor’s degree 10+ years’ experience in FMCG/HMCH industry specializing in sales finance, gross to net, distributor markets, modern trade, and sales partnering Preferred Qualifications: If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting Track record of managing complex route to markets, CERPs, and G2N organizations SAP knowledge Knowledge of G2N process Ability to drive process changes and change investment behaviors Excellent communication skills Experience working across multiple markets Why GSK Our values and expectations are at the heart of everything we do and form an important part of our culture.
