Roles and Responsibilities (but are not limited to):
In this role you will..

  • Work with segment leader to formulate operating plan and support strategic initiatives
  • Contribute in developing estimates, operating plans/forecasts/reviews, SII (1-year Plan)
  • Support driving profitable growth in the region by providing analysis of results and identifying & tracking key metrics.
  • Assist with management reporting (modality and segment P&L;) and communicate results to respective Leaders to assist strategic decisions and for Variable compensation purposes.
  • Collaborate / Lead cross-functional projects to drive simplification / standardization and /or improve rigor in key Commercial & Finance processes for better / sustainable growth & profitability.
  • Collaborate on projects related to internal controls over financial reporting (for example Policy 5.0 / Policy 6.0 process & controls, Contract T&C;s standardization etc.),
  • Coordinate with Commercial and Cash team to track and improve cash flow, reduce Past due and bad debt reserve;
  • Work with different segments to drive inventory optimization and aged inventory reduction.
  • Collaborate with product team to drive price of customer and channel partners, cost analysis, NPI (New Product Introduction) launch etc.
  • Act as a focal contact for all India HQ FP&A;, modalities and controllership team
  • Manage the Annual Statutory audit / Corporate audit / Internal audit which relates to the role.

Required Qualifications:

  • CA / CA Inter or MBA (Finance) from reputed Institutions with 5 plus years of progressive accounting or finance experience
  • Familiarity with India / US GAAP

  • Clear thinking/problem solving skills to lead projects/process improvements within operations/finance functions. Experience working in a matrixed environment, ability to quickly grasp new ideas.
