Role Summary/Purpose:
Responsible for providing operational support for execution of process controls for Collections and Recovery teams. This support will consist of preparing production files in a timely and accurate manner with a focus on identifying and executing automation efficiencies.

Responsible for providing operational support for execution of process controls for Collections and Recovery teams. This support will consist of preparing production files in a timely and accurate manner with a focus on identifying and executing automation efficiencies.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Prepare data loads to WMS for Surveillance reviews
- Drive automation of Surveillance loads through identification of process improvement opportunities
- Provide reporting support for Surveillance reviews
- Provide reporting expertise for data access
- Analyze Surveillance trends
- Enable consistent approach to Surveillance results
- Effectively communicate and maintain solid working relationships with internal and external partners
- Effectively communicate results and insights to Surveillance teams
- Work closely with Surveillance leadership to identify simplification and improvement opportunities
- Escalate any potential compliance issue/operational risk and work with management on a resolution of the issue/risk
- Identify and execute process improvement opportunities.
- Represent Process Control Analytics Team on key organizational initiatives
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Graduation or above
- 3-4 years of hands on experience working with SAS/Python.
- Strong written and oral communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in analyzing data and offer effective solutions.

- Employees who have completed 18 months in the organization and 12 months in current role and level are only eligible.
- Existing Level 5,6 & 7 are eligible to apply, will be considered for Level 8 if selected
Desired Characteristics:
- Knowledge of Tableau or Python is an added advantage.
- Knowledge of FDR
- Proficient in understanding and application of SAS functions and SQL codes
- FDR Query Tool/Collectopedia Experience
- Demonstrated ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Able to communicate at all levels of the organization and with outside partners
- Self-Directed, motivated and reliable
- Ability to work independently and utilize resources as needed
- Detail oriented
- Knowledge of Sharepoint and Office 365
