Job Description:
• Scope product requirements and roadmap for our mobile application.
• Build an understanding of our main customer segment ie. students and the primary use cases from a hybrid event and mobile standpoint.
• Define and own the long-term vision & strategy for mobile app. Define the most important quarterly initiatives for the technical team to handle.
• Lead, support and collaborate with key stakeholders to execute the planned roadmap and continuously up level the mobile experience and product functionalities for all organizers and attendees.
• Providing status updates and reporting will be an integral part of the job.
Skills and Qualifications :
• Must have a bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science or in similar field.
• 7 years of experience as a product manager or product leader of a software product, with experience of growing products.
• Experience building mobile applications and user experiences (for iOS and Android) is essential. An understanding of mobile design principles is highly preferred.
• Experience building and executing a product roadmap for a B2C product that has achieved meaningful scale.
• Have the ability to organize and communicate vast amounts of complexity.
• Have built products by collaborating cross-functionally across engineering, product, data and analytics, marketing, design and other key stakeholders.
• Should be excellent in making project estimates and planning.
• Have the motivation to continuously improve the product.
• Must be a Mobility enthusiast and updated about all the latest technologies and technical advances happening in this space.
• Have strong analytical skills and mindset.
• Experience with and Ed. Tech. firm will be a plus
