- Key Responsibilities : a- Build Expertise on client business and requirement to create functional design and spec b- Build expertise to on Personal insurance product and build competency of the team c- Design business scenarios d- Report status and handle communication with leads, onshore and clients counterpart e- Perform incident functional analysis with expected accuracy
- Technical Experience : a- Candidate must have BA experience on Personal insurance b- Must have hands-on Experience on any personal Insurance and commercial platform c- good to have experience on Personal and commercial insurance projects d- Candidate should have above 4 years of experience on BA role
- Professional Attributes : a- Candidate should have excellent analytical skills to understand the complex logic b- Candidate should have excellent communication skills
- Educational Qualification : Candidate should have done Engineering and/or MBA in Finance stream
- Additional Information : Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem solving environment
