Inviting applications for the role of Consultant – Internal Auditor!
In this role, you will be responsible for leading large projects managing recovery audits for our customers.
Responsibilities
%26bull; Serve as the engineering leader and technical expert
%26bull; Provide application architectural solutions to meet business requirements.
%26bull; Provide architectural support for application development and modification activities.
%26bull; Work with team members to develop architectural strategies and guidelines.
%26bull; Recommend new technologies to management to develop a robust application.
%26bull; Review and recommend improvements to existing application architectures.
%26bull; Assist in application design, development, integration, and implementation activities.
%26bull; Analyze and troubleshoot architecture-related issues in a timely fashion.
%26bull; Assist Junior Architects in their assigned responsibilities when required.
%26bull; Provide guidance to project teams in all phases of SDLC.
%26bull; Assist in developing architecture documents, functional specifications, design documents, and architecture diagrams.
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum qualifications
%26bull; B.com / M.com with experience in Account Payable / Master data Management
%26bull; Review the Supplier Registration Forms and perform the completeness check of information provided by the supplier.
%26bull; Perform vendor Onboarding of new suppliers or Vendor amendment and other necessary changes into Vendor Database.
%26bull; Maintain vendor master database and monitor and control of sensitive change requests from any supplier/ 3rd party to avoid a phishing attack.
%26bull; Coordination with inter-department, vendors, and other parties to solve the Vendor Master related issues
%26bull; Follow the external and internal controls to ensure 100% compliance with the Process (Vendor Master Data
%26bull; Query resolution and root cause analysis to support continuous process improvement
%26bull; Assist with external and internal auditors and ensure SOX control compliance
%26bull; Excellent command on SAP- Coupa for day 2-day operations delivery standpoint
%26bull; Well versed with MS Excel, MS Word, MS Visio %26amp; MS PowerPoint
%26bull; End to end %26lsquo;%26rsquo; Vendor Onboarding %26lsquo;%26rsquo; conceptual knowledge to handle day to day operations and special events
